1. The first step is to make contact with your local Northern representative. You can choose whether you wish to make this initial contact or if you would like someone to contact you
2. The second step is to identify the license type that matches your planned use of Northern Storage Suite. NSS is licensed by host and capacity so you will need to know how many devices will be managed and the total capacity of each device

3. You will now receive a full quotation that you can pass through your internal purchase process
4. Northern Storage Suite is delivered electronically; when you have confirmed your acceptance of Northern's proposal you will receive your Serial Number certificate via email - use this Serial Number to complete the NSS licensing procedure

Supplementing your purchase of software licenses with other Northern products, Technical Support, Training or Professional Services is equally straightforward. Simply communicate these additional needs to your Northern representative at step two.
